Hi guys, how's your day? I hope it is better than the day before. Okey, now let me tell you about my practice day in Kitchen, and today became the second day of practice in the second semester.

Well, now I will explain what I've done all day full. First, I make a variety of forms of puff pastry based on books I've read.

Puff pastry has 5 kinds of forms that are easy to make but have to be accuracy.
1. Turnovers
2. Pinwhell
3. Patty shell
4. Cream horn
5. Napoleon.

We also do SOUS VIDE Practice by means to boil the eggs with different types and temperatures
