Hi all ... Back again with chef Riza in my blog post.

This is the last day of the week of practice, and the assignment given is greater than usual.

We will make 4 types of breakfast at once namely, continental, English, American, and Indonesian breakfast.
Everyone in the kitchen is busy with what they are doing. And again, my group got the Indonesian breakfast.

In my opinion, the ingredients to make Indonesian breakfast are not too difficult because it is familiar to us Indonesians, and the way to make it is also quite easy, so thank God the practice of today runs smoothly and faster than usual.

We do general cleaning at 2:00 a.m., and it is finished in less than 2 hours. It's a pride for us to be able to do a job quickly and accurately.
