Today I will tell you again, a series of my activities while in the kitchen.
This time there was something different, because the hours of practice were accelerated from usual, we had to come to the kitchen around 6:00 due to the material we would learn about Breakfast.
After routine activities such as oneline and check grooming, the senior directs to divide the group and assign assignments to each group.
Today's material is continental breakfast and english breakfast. Where, my group and I got the task of preparing coffee and tea for tomorrow.
So, we only help other groups do doing. However, not as expected, today's practice does not run smoothly.
Around 12:15 a.m., we performed dhuhur prayers in congregation at the campus mosque, after which we proceeded to clean up the items that had been used.
We did general cleaning at 14.00 and as usual, Clarissa and I only cleaned the office and lobby section. General cleaning is finished at 16:30.
Around 17:00 the rain fell quite hard, so it forced us to stay in the kitchen, and we were also given fried rice made by our lecturers.
After that, Mr. Iical gave us direction and advice.
Today's practice class is finished at 6:00 p.m.
