back again in this blog post with me chefriza will give a
little experience of my practice while in the kitchen all day long. I hope that
this can be a benefit for all of us.
today we will practice the 1.3 rotation material where the
explanation of the material will be explained by Mr. Eical while we stand
oneline.
Well, as usual in the blog post this time I will repeat and retell about my
activities in the kitchen all day long. There is nothing different from the
previous day which is coming to the kitchen at 6:30 and oneline around 07:00,
today does not require much time because there are no more preparations because
tomorrow is general cleaning time.
And as usual, after the ingredients were prepared yesterday, we started to
start cooking and platting to be served to the restaurant.
the method that we have done is already listed in the recipe so that it
won't be confused anymore.
around 11:00, all food was brought to the restaurant and we began to
explain about the food we made to the service.
